Choose Your Own Destruction Adventure

I sat there blankly staring at the wall, for how long I do not know. Simple questions of what I would do later that day transformed into complex philosophical ponderings about humanity and the universe. The world seemed to be unfolding before my eyes, countless questions about to be unveiled, a state of nirvana about to be obtained, when suddenly, "Ben! Snap out of it and take out the trash." My foolish absent minded mother had unwittingly destroyed earth's one chance at salvation...or at least my chance for world domination. I tried to regain my focus but it was to no avail, the ideas were gone forever. As I carried the grease soaked bag out to the garbage can, I began to mumble and curse things at random, "lousy mom, ruin my plans, stupid garbage, there's more rubbish in here than in Brian's speeches..." As I opened the garbage can a bright search light shone down upon me. I held my hand up to my eyes and looked up. I could barely make out the vague form of a helicopter, only, it was silent. Then a loud booming voice emerged from the craft and broke that silence, "Foolish mortal! How dare you use the name of your divine rule in vain! In accordance with the Free Speech Act you shall be prosecuted fully and mercilessly! Remain there and prepare to be taken aboard." How stupid of me! How could I have forgotten that everything was bugged? This is not good, I have heard that when a person is taken away by the Freedom Police, they never return the same.

Do you stand there in obedience and wait for the helicopter to take you aboard? if so,
If you are too afraid to face your punishment and believe your puny legs can help you escape the inevitable,
